Reaches One Child with Books & Programming

Every Child Deserves to See Themselves in a Story

In Stanislaus County and across the Central Valley, too many children grow up without access to books that reflect their lives, their faces, and their futures. Knowledge Grove Foundation exists to change that.

We provide literacy programming, community reading events, and books rooted in representation to underserved families. We believe that when a child finds themselves in a story, something shifts. Possibility opens up.

Learn Our Story
A child who sees themselves in a book learns that their story matters. That is where everything begins.

What Educators Are Saying

The visit was an absolute success and added immense value to our current unit. Seeing the students entirely present, with no phones in sight, and eagerly asking follow-up questions to practice their interviewing skills was a testament to how much your story resonated with them. Beyond reinforcing key curriculum concepts like literary theme and the importance of literacy, your visit offered them a powerful, real-world lesson on resilience and determination.
